HVAC Service Technician
Join PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing as an HVAC Service Technician earning over $150K annually, where you’ll support homeowners through expert repairs, maintenance, and clear service recommendations. In this role, you’ll work with HVAC systems, water heaters, and indoor air quality products while delivering excellent communication and reliable results.
The ideal candidate has completed HVAC schooling, holds an EPA certification, and brings a strong understanding of HVAC systems and IAQ solutions. You should be motivated, detail-oriented, maintain a clean driving record, and be eager to grow through ongoing training and performance expectations.

- Full-Time
- Shifts Available: 10am - 6:30pm or 12pm - 8:30pm
- On-call rotation, plus 1 Saturday shift every 8 weeks

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Minimal to No Experience Required - Schooling MUST be completed!
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, indoor air quality, ERVs, dehumidifiers, HEPA systems
- Knowledge of building science and weatherization preferred but not required
- High school diploma, technical diploma preferred
- Must be EPA certified
- Must have a clean driving record

- Repair, service, and maintenance of Water heaters
- Repair, service, and maintenance of Indoor Air Quality items
- Provide excellent communication to clients by answering and explaining HVAC service options
- Responsible for achieving KPIs
- Filling out invoices, entering equipment information, and registering used parts and materials
