Customer Service Representative

Join PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing as a Customer Service Representative with a clear path to earning over $52K annually! You’ll deliver top-notch customer support, manage Service Titan accounts, and coordinate HVAC and plumbing appointments to ensure a seamless experience for every homeowner.


The ideal candidate has previous HVAC or plumbing CSR experience, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. They’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a company committed to innovation, training, and outstanding customer care.

Full-Time, 12pm - 8pm
Starting In-Office, (remote eligible based on performance)

Position Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Previous HVAC / Plumbing CSR Experience (Required)
Excellent communication skills, including active listening
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Geographical knowledge of service area/or map-reading skills
Team player working in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent

Position Responsibilities:
As a CSR, you'll provide exceptional service so customers won’t have to worry about their HVAC and plumbing again. Your expertise will encompass:

Interacting with customers in a positive manner via telephone and email to provide support and information on products or services.
Executing a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day.
Properly creating and managing all customer service agreements in Service Titan.
Scheduling customer appointments such as: consultations, service calls, assessments, maintenance visits, etc.
Completing all “Tasks” created in Service Titan on a daily basis.
Assisting with back-office administrative tasks such as: dispatching, calling customers to schedule routine tune-ups, assisting with inside sales, and collecting payments from customers.
Fielding customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
Ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
Maintaining customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Communicating effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, sales staff, and department personnel via telephone, email, and written correspondence to answer inquiries or to provide information.
Performing the CSR I performance metrics.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
