Sales Specialist
Position Overview
The PV Sales Specialist supports the Sales Department by following up with open opportunities, educating customers on available solutions, assisting with financing options, and helping the team achieve revenue goals through consistent, professional, and supportive communication.
This position requires a high level of drive, organization, follow through, and a strong ability to communicate with customers in a way that builds trust and reflects PV’s core values.
Compensation
• $45,000 base salary
• 2% commission on all sold leads
Essential Job Duties
• Follow up with clients on open sales and repair opportunity leads
• Follow up with clients on financial options
• Provide outreach communication to customers regarding maintenance plans
• Support Sales leadership and the Project Manager team in improving overall Sales Department efficiency
• Help ensure every open opportunity receives timely, professional, and personalized follow up
• Promptly report any system, service, or customer experience issues to the appropriate leader
Professional Requirements
• High School diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, home services, or a related industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain options clearly, positively, and professionally
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through
• Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, ServiceTitan, and any other software used by the company
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to function well in a team environment
• Geographical knowledge of PV’s service area preferred
• Product, financing, and rebate knowledge preferred
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to lift 5 to 10 pounds
• Occasionally lift 5 to 10 pounds
• Have good visual acuity and sufficient auditory functioning to operate computer software and communication equipment
• Regularly spends long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers in an office environment
• Spends a majority of the work day on the telephone interacting with customers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule on occasion

- Full-Time, depending on the season
- Monday - Friday with On-Call weekend shifts
